Those Baffling Baffles

I'm certain that I made this much harder than it should have been.  I looked at the box, thought it'd take 2-3 nights to complete and then 3 weeks later it is finally complete.  Of course during these 3 weeks, I've also installed the oil cooler and the induction system.  So maybe it isn't that bad after all.

There are a lot of "not" very good pictures here and I apologize for those but when I was looking for help on the web I couldn't find much in the way of pictures showing the baffles for the IO360-A1B6.  So I'm just dumping all that I took instead of trying to pick a couple good shots.  Hope it helps you.

The picture that shows the cowl opening and the bottom of the baffle is skewed a little.  It didn't end up with the bottom of the baffle that high on the cowl.  I cut the rubber baffle material into 4 inch strips, put about an inch on the aluminum which left about 3 inches sticking up.  I didn't use pop-rivets opting to use #6 stainless steel screws, washers, lock washers and nuts instead.  I reinforced under the rubber side with aluminum strips.
